DIRECTOR & PRINCIPAL OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Steph graduated from Curtin University with a Master of Occupational Therapy in 2019.
Following graduation, Steph has worked extensively in the NDIS psychosocial field, having developed skills in mental health, behaviour support and occupational therapy intervention. Steph is passionate about mental health and currently works as a Senior Occupational Therapist at the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in WA, following completion of her Masters of Youth Mental Health in 2024.
Steph values person-centred care and loves working with a wide range of clients to help them meet their individualised goals. In her spare time, Steph loves music, performing, reading and spending time with her cavoodle, Archie.

Lavinia
SENIOR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Lavinia is an experienced Occupational Therapist committed to helping others achieve their goals within and beyond the NDIS. Her work specialises in Telehealth & Functional Capacity Assessments, helping others access crucial therapy and funding despite existing barriers. Graduating from Curtin University with a Bachelor in Science (Occupational Therapy) in 2019, she has spent several years practicing Occupational Therapy across the lifespan in the National Disability Insurance Scheme, Home Care Package and Commonwealth Home Support Programmes. With excellent communication skills, high quality report writing and a warm & attentive nature, what Lavinia loves most about her role is the opportunity to make a difference in others’ lives. Outside of work, Lavinia loves to cook meals for others, enjoy long walks and curl up with a good book.

Mitch
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Mitch is a compassionate, person-centred Occupational Therapist committed to helping people build meaningful, fulfilling lives. He completed his Master of Occupational Therapy at Curtin University in mid-2025, following a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Clinical Human Biology. Mitch has extensive experience in disability support, having worked as a support worker for six years before graduating.
Since graduating, Mitch has worked as a therapist with a focus on psychosocial disability and neurodivergence with adults and children. He also has experience supporting older adults with physical disability and working in childhood development. Mitch is dedicated to understanding each person’s unique story and tailoring therapy to support their individual goals, independence, participation in valued roles, and overall wellbeing.
Outside of work, Mitch enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing PC games, and tinkering with coding, electronics, and DIY projects. His proactive curiosity, compassion, and creativity are qualities he brings into his therapeutic approach every day.
